Six years closing institutional deals and building the products to deliver on them.
Before I tell you about me, I'd rather be useful. Tell me what you're working on.
The approval came with a requirement nobody had flagged in the initial brief. All seven programs needed to be available in four Indian languages before the government review panel would consider the submission.
We had four weeks. No translation budget. Two people.
Machine translation handles everyday language well enough. It handles "Kubernetes orchestration" considerably worse. And this content was going to a government review panel — it had to make technical sense in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, and Marathi.
We built a three-pass workflow. AI translation first for speed. Subject-matter review second — finding domain experts in each language who could verify technical terms were rendered correctly, not just literally. Consistency check third before submission.
We ran all seven programs simultaneously, not sequentially. More chaos. But we hit the deadline.
The constraint forced a better process than we would have built with more time and money. A professional agency would have taken longer, cost more, and produced something less technically accurate.
The work, in order.
UET offers tech courses that carry US college credit recommendations — students can transfer credits toward a degree at 1,500+ universities. Built from scratch: the LMS, 50+ courses, browser-based virtual labs, government approvals in two countries, white-label deployments for partner institutions, and an institutional sales pipeline across India and the US.
Most courses give everyone the same content regardless of what they already know. Beyond Degree starts with a diagnostic AI interview that identifies your skill gaps across five dimensions, then builds a curriculum around your results. Gamification, case simulations, and browser-based coding labs that work without any local setup.
Led product development of a browser-based collaboration platform — think Miro meets video conferencing. Sole PM working with a 4-person engineering team from concept to paying customers. Built for distributed teams and remote learning workflows.
"Either comforting or existentially destabilising depending on the day. Sometimes both at once."
I spend a lot of time sharpening the axe before I swing. People sometimes think I'm slow to start. What they don't see is the groundwork being laid — the research, the frameworks, the thinking that makes execution fast when it actually begins.
The goal has never just been to complete the work. It's to do it better than expected. Quietly better than what was asked for. That's what I aim for every time.
You've made it this far. You deserve a break.
